Members and Guests Enjoy an Evening of Great Entertainment
On May 5th, members of the Capitol Hill Chorale, family, and friends in the community took over Christ Church Washington Parish for our annual Spaghetti Dinner and Silent Auction! More than 75 guests enjoyed hand-made sausage from A. Litteri’s, along with a delicious pasta sauce with a secret recipe handed down from CHC alum Richard Lindeborg. The silent auction included more than 70 items, like weekend sails on the Chesapeake, artisanal cheeses, fitness memberships, theater tickets, and artwork from local artists and craftspeople!
While we wrapped up dinner with hand-made lemon sorbet, members of the Chorale provided live entertainment with music and storytelling (including The Queen and the King)!
We closed out the evening with a live auction of some very special items donated by our partners in the community, including a weekend at the Willard and season tickets to Signature Theatre and Anacostia Playhouse.
The Spaghetti Dinner is our biggest fundraiser. Every year, the event raises significant funds to help us in our efforts to bring high-quality music to the DC community. We cannot thank you enough for joining us!
